With years of experience in law, Ian Britto is a seasoned professional committed to delivering strategic, sensible, and result-driven solutions to his clients. He is known for his strong work ethic, and resolution focused style of advocacy.

Ian holds a Negotiation Mastery Certification from Harvard Business School, a Juris Doctor from Bond University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University.  He has appeared at various levels of court including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Ian’s negotiation skills, developed through training at Harvard, bring great value to the cases he handles, helping him find innovative and effective solutions for his clients.

When he is not practicing law, Ian is dedicated to his community, spending his summers coaching young athletes at Pickering Baseball. He leads an active lifestyle, with adventures like scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef and whitewater rafting in B.C.

As a devoted father to two young children, Ian understands the importance of family and applies this insight to his work. In his spare time, he and his family travel the world, from Dublin to Hawaii, in search of the best golf courses. With a sense of humor and a strong sense of duty, Ian helps clients navigate family legal matters with care, experience, and compassion.
