Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Nikan Barari has restricted her practice solely to family law. Nikan’s practice includes property division, equalization, support claims (spousal and child), variation of court orders, high conflict parenting disputes and foreign marriage contracts.
In addition to her trial experience, Nikan has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice where she has represented litigants in all aspects of family law proceedings.
Nikan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (with Honours), and obtained her LL.B. in Wales, United Kingdom.
Nikan takes an empathetic approach towards resolving family law disputes and is motivated in assisting her clients move forward despite their life’s struggles.
