
Rachelle Moncur

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, Rachelle spent over two decades practicing insolvency and restructuring law before pivoting her practice to family law. She has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Rachelle has a Bachelor of Commence (B. Comm.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Windsor.
Rachelle also has a Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice from Osgoode Professional Development. She is also professionally trained on issues of narcissism and narcissistic abuse. Having previously gone through the separation and divorce process herself, Rachelle understands what her clients are going through and is there every step of the way to help them effectively navigate the process.
Rachelle is also a Deputy Judge with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Division. Outside of the office, you may find Rachelle training for a duathlon (she has represented Canada at the Multi-Sport World Championships as a member of Age Group Team Canada), training for an Ironman, or spending time with her husband, daughter, and mischievous labrador retriever.
