Before earning her LLB (Honours) from the University of Sussex in England, Sonja Gill completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Simon Fraser University, where she developed a strong understanding of legal principles and the broader social issues that intersect with the law. During her studies, Sonja participated in legal mooting competitions throughout England, travelling across the country to compete against other law students.
Sonja now practices as an Associate Lawyer, bringing a thoughtful and analytical approach to her legal work.
Outside of her legal practice, Sonja enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through swimming, Pilates, and yoga. She values spending quiet weekends at the family farm and enjoys exploring local bakeries and restaurants. Colleagues would describe Sonja as a fun and approachable person, She brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude to both her work and the workplace.
